- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should ask how you charge. Referring to by the load price or by the hour. Customers should also ask their service providers if there are any active discounts or extra fees for disposing of items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to introduce my self and ask them what they want to dispose of, where the items are located, and when they would like me to take care of disposing their items. These questions are important for both the customer and service provider because it leaves no room for uncertainty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree in construction technology along with 7 years of construction/junk removal experience.
