Good communication throughout. the furniture piece being moved was huge, bulky and difficult to move. Getting it into the bedroom was another challenge as it was hard to maneuver, The movers came and figured out how to dismantle it and moved it in pieces and reassembled in the final location. Liked that they were creative and thought through the process in coming up with a good approach to move.

Scott (the Owner) was truly a pleasure to work with. He listens to your concerns and aims to please. He is very much customer service oriented and even offered another service other than moving and I was actually happily surprised. His labor charge is very fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again in the future because I know he will deliver and do a fantastic job! He doesn’t cop a nasty attitude like the younger guys who think they’re better often do. Needless to say, he is a very patient person. You too should consider hiring Scott for all your moving needs! You will not be at all disappointed!
