Introduction: I have taught school for many years. I am familiar with the common core standards and entrance and exit standards of specific grade levels. It is all about helping the student improve and thereby boost his/her self-esteem and confidence in the areas in which I tutor them. As a teacher, I had tremendous test scores. Four of my five "children" (now adults) have received the presidential academic award. I attended very difficult college prep school prior to college which provided me with stellar skills. I have had several years of Latin, French, and Spanish, as well as the usual repertoire of subjects.
