Artem was very punctual and a super nice guy and very reasonably priced. If I could have chosen value as well, I would have. He needed to replace a broken bolt for the pedestal sink in the MBR and went to the HW store and got what he needed quickly. Sink is really sturdy now. However, I had an issue with the flushing level of the MB toilet as the handle needed to be held down for about 4-5 seconds for the toilet to fully flush and I don't think he understood what I needed (language was somewhat of a barrier). He told me the toilet was old and tough to handle. Yet when I mentioned both toilets in the house were put in the same day and were the same model and the one in the hall bathroom was just fine, he just kind of shrugged. When he left, I noticed the BR toilet was still lightly running after a flush, which hadn't happened before, so I called him on his cell, and to his credit, he came back, tried to fix it, and went to the nearby HW store and bought a new toilet tower and installed it, taking care of the "slowly-running" problem (which wasn't there before). But the initial issue of having to hold the handle for a long time to get a full flush was not fixed. I would have given him 5 stars if he could have fixed it so it worked like the other toilet. But he gets high marks for his attitude and professionalism.

I had appointment with someone else for installation of film on my windows, I scheduled end moment with them due to no show from other guy. They were accommodating, also tried to do work properly finished. He ended up having small mistake and window corner damage, but instead of hiding he clearly communicated it to me. Overall good handyman with be very good work ethics my high rating goes for his work ethics which very tough to encounter in today’s world.
