Bottom line I will hire Bair again. He took on three jobs. Removed tile from an outdoor fountain and sealed the fountain basin. He repaired a section of 6 foot high fence that was falling down. He repaired an iron gate that wasn't properly supported and got it level and reinforced. He is well organized, efficient, knowledgeable and keeps the area hes working in neat and tidy. He bid on each project including materials though he also works by the hour. Next project I need done I'll call Bair Handyman.

I can not say how amazing Bair is. He was very responsive to our initial request and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. I am visiting my mom who just had a list of various things that needed fixing including a fence gate, the screen door and door jam, a broken sprinkler head, a shower head that needed to be changed and a toilet. Bair was able to complete everything and the results were beyond our expectations. I should say that while English is not Bair’s first language, he can communicate easily and when the translation was complicated, we used a translator app and had absolutely no difficulty! We would use Bair again in a heartbeat and I can feel comfortable that Bair would never take advantage of my mom if she needed help and I wasn’t here.

Bair was one of the first to respond to our request in the morning. He arrived later the same evening and went outta his way to purchase for us a similar but HUGE mailbox. He knew what we wanted: a new locked mailbox due to ongoing spotters/mail thieves of our street-facing mailboxes in our neighbor of over 50 years. We were impressed in his work quality. He came back the following day and: attached a piece of hard/redwood underneath the new mailbox; used a grinder to remove the rust from the VERY sturdy steel posts and two curly support decor brackets; spray painted evenly and over the posts and brackets with black color; and attached our new mailbox to the new and improved but rust-free post! Voila! Job well done!

Bair showed up with a friendly and professional attitude. I asked him to hang up floating shelves in my bathroom and a mirror in my entryway area. He was very quick and precise and got it all done in a little under an hour. He even cleaned up some afterwards. It was my first time hiring a handyman from here and he made it an easy experience! I would highly recommend him and will def hire him again for any handy tasks I need done!
