Introduction

I am a handy man and plumber with honesty and integrity to my work an commitment to satisfied customers. I am very detailed in my work and flexible with all my clients willing to travel and compromise. I try my best to inform all customers of the work and how to maintain their plumbing or home to prevent any large scale issues in future. If I can do it you can do it is my Moto so don’t ever feel incompetent to asking any question to make yourself more knowledgeable. My service fee is $50-$75 based on technicalities like distance diagnostics etc. My flat rate fee to work on anything is $150. I do offer courtesy prices for repeat customers or clients under certain jobs or multiple task. Due to booking cancellations i will be charging a $45 cancellation fee for any booked appointments. Please be respectful and courteous to our trade and business , we do have to pay for many aspect’s of a functioning business such as insurance tax gas etc. I am always willing to help just one phone call away 6697996880

I had a great experience working with Fernando. The problem I needed solving was a little tricky, but from the beginning to the very end he was thorough and honest, being upfront with the potential unknowns and keeping us informed of our options and the implications if they did or didn’t work. His wasn’t the lowest quote I got for the job, but it was close, and the thoroughness and transparency he demonstrated even before we agreed on him doing the work made me feel I could trust his expertise and trust him to do the job right. Definitely came through on that. Great guy, honest and transparent, takes pride in doing honest and quality work. Always willing to explain things, and even taught me some tricks and techniques so I wouldn’t need to call him or any other plumber for some plumbing tasks! I’d definitely work with him again in the future.

Hired Fernando because he had plumbing skills: he explained issues he encountered and how and why they had occurred and how to avoid such incidents again. Very impressed with his knowledge base. I would hire him again for any future plumbing work we need. He repaired our hot water line and valve under our bathroom sink, which turned out to be more problematic than anticipated: so we had him fix both incoming water lines and valves. I had an issue with my house where the water bill shot ip suddenly. I reached out to Kingsmen (Fernando) on Friday and he was there Saturday morning. He spent most of the day digging up and finding the sources of the issue and got it resolved. He worked endlessly and it was all while it was raining.
