- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to fit with each client since some prefer to have a fixed price and others prefer the hourly rate. My prices are very competitive. I do take in consideration of budgets and try to work around that as well. In some cases the clients request more than one worker and others would rather have only one worker.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the request of service from future client to find out if we are a fit for them. I personally like offer the option of messages by text, Thumbtack, and/or phone call to get more information regarding their preferences of the future service. Overall, communication and understanding is important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of cleaning service gives us the experience necessary to handle almost any cleaning situation. Each time we bay a new equipment we request to be trained to use it properly.
