Highly recommend Julio! We told him a very basic interpretation of what we wanted and he took it from there. He made a beautiful stone boarded plant bed and patio- so much better that we could have thought. His work is clean and meticulous. He was respectful, easy to work with, and courteous. We will definitely be using him again!

A year ago, I hired Julio to re install sod in my backyard. He was the highest of 3 bids, but I liked him and he had very good reviews so I went with his service. I requested a different sod (Delta shade blend) than he ordinarily uses. 3 weeks after sod was installed it looked bad. Julio said it was squirrels and I chose bad sod. He may be right but Delta said it was there best blend for clay soil and lots of shade. He offered to come out in the spring to see if it filled in, but didn't. Then during the summer when auto sprinklers are used, I saw that the yard was very uneven in water coverage. Some areas of on a single valve were very dry and others very wet and spongy. I feel there can only be one of three reasons. 1. a leak under a pipe 2. sprinklers not watering evenly 3. or differences in shade Contacted Julio to check what the reason is. He not only refused to come out without paying more but was really insulting with this comment "The irrigation worked very well at first and you know it" It's one thing that sprinklers run and another thing over the summer they work properly with even coverage to the lawn. So, I cannot recommend him because of the lack of customer service and follow up after a job that was unsatisfactory regardless of who's fault it was. I attached a pic of yard one year later with automatic sprinkler system.
