I have been a spiritual coach, yoga, and meditation instructor for over 9 years. I am passionate about sharing tools that lead to happy, healthy, vibrant living.
I have had multiple coach trainings and I'm currently completing my Master's Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology. However, at this time I am a coach and not a therapist.
I am offering classes on zoom only.

Rose is the most magnetic yoga teacher I have come across. Her enthusiasm and joyfulness make the class interesting. It becomes evident from her class that she knows what she is talking about and that she lives the yogic lifestyle. I have taken yoga classes from her and have benefited from her guided sessions, her affirmations and meditation after the class. I come away refreshed and rejuvenated. For this I heartily recommend that you give her class a try.

Rose is amazing Yoga instructor. My family including my 11 yr old daughter has attended her lessons. Based on our individual needs, age, and comfort level she designed our course. She was very patient to go through the same poses many times as we got familiar with it. Thank you Rose.
