I never write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I have been with Legacy Property Group since the Company first started. I must say I have been through Property Management Companies for the last 17 years and this is far the best I have ever experienced. Derrick is very reliable, dependable, trustworthy, honest and very hard working and most of all goes far and beyond of what other Property Management Companies would do to make you happy. In all the years with other Management Co. I always felt like I had to be part how they were taking care of my Property, this the first time I have ever felt comfortable to take full responsibility. You will always been notified of any repairs before they are done. Derrick is very professional and does an exceptional job. I can call anytime regarding my Property and my needs are met immediately. No repeat phone calls the issues are addressed. Legacy Property Group takes the time and effort to have your Property rented. The rent is paid in a more then a timely manner. Your Property will be well maintained with their six months inspections. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your manager is doing routine inspections. If you live in town where you have a rental property ask to accompany the inspection. See how they do it and make sure it is not just a drive by or a 5 minute walkthrough. Get them documented.
