- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: we help you choose a wedding theme and select the services you want to add into your bundle. We have existing themes for choices, but also welcome your new ideas! Step 2: we arrange around 3 meetings between you and our pro candidates. You can review their portfolios, chat with them to make sure they are the right ones. Step 3: you customize the details with the pros and we will provide a back-up plan for any of our vendor no show (it didn't happen before, but just in case)

1. 3 years of wedding planning experience 2. over 80,000 couples have done their weddings with us 3. we interviewed the wedding vendors only if we get referrals from our newlyweds, and make sure they have insurance.
