I really enjoyed the yoga sessions with Ingray. The meditation was relaxing and the yoga is calming and fun. I love how she blended traditional yoga poses with some more active movements. She is knowledgeable and gives helpful explanations about the positions. I always feel grounded and energized afterwards

had such a wonderful experience at M&M. The space feels welcoming, peaceful, and beautifully designed to help you relax and reconnect with yourself. Ingray is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and provides an environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful for the experience

I love Ingray yoga classes. I also come out of them more grounded. The sessions are well structured. The sequences go from static poses to flow and may even look like dancing at some points.
