We had such a great experience with Steve’s Appliance Repair and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment we reached out, the communication was fast, professional, and helpful. They were able to schedule us for an appointment the very next day, which was such a relief. Eugene came out to help us and he was absolutely fantastic. After having a frustrating experience with another company that didn’t resolve our issue, we were feeling pretty discouraged. But Eugene was a total game changer. He arrived on time, got right to work, and had our washer fixed in no time. Not only is he clearly experienced and knowledgeable, but he is also kind, honest, and great at explaining what he is doing. He answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advice moving forward. We are truly thankful for his time and expertise. It is rare to find service like this these days and we are so happy we found a company we can trust. We already plan to book them again soon to take a look at our refrigerator. We needed repairs on our Samsung washer & dryer. New pump & filter clean out on washer and knob was broken on dryer. Eugene messaged when he was on his way, arrived on time and at the earliest appointment time provided. He was polite, kind, soft-spoken, was very knowledgable and cleaned up before leaving. My dog didn’t bark once at him and really seemed to love him. He worked efficiently and had all tools needed for the job. He didn’t seem to mind me watching him work. (I am a curious person and always eager to learn something new.) The work was completed pretty quickly, in my opinion. He showed me how to clean the filter myself, gave recommendations on which cycles to use to save time, money and to help the appliances last longer. He also checked the dryer to see if it was working properly and heating up at the correct temperature. He suggested I start a load of laundry to test the washer. Everything is working beautifully and just like new! And our appliances are over 10 years old! Very grateful to have found Steve’s Appliance Repair. We will request their services in the future when needed. THANK YOU!!! :-)

Excellent experience with Steves Appliance Repair. I called around 2pm & Cristhian was out to my home at 4. Dishwasher issue (I thought). Cristhian diagnosed it was a plumbing issue, and a very simple one. Problem solved in 20 mins. Steves Appliance repair will be my go-to company.

Im so very grateful I called Steves Repair. I just moved to this area & was so frustrated about my washer & really needed help! This company had good ratings. Now, I understand why. They came within a few hours. Eugene came & he was a wonderful man; kind, knowledgeable, professional & wore a company shirt. I will definitely call Steves again. You need help, Id suggest starting with Steves Appliance!(I hope I got techs name right!?). Im not great with names but he deserves credit for a job well done!
