The electricians are knowledge and great . I paid for 3 items but when they came out they only did . Which is okay, but the left a hole and didn’t patch it up in my garage, second I called them while they were still here to let them know hey when you send the invoice charge me for only 2 items . Of course the invoice showed 3 items, I called and one of the lady’s apologized while the other chose to argue with me about how she will only take of 25$ off the orginal agreed upon price , to me that is not fair since I paid for 3 items. They took off an 30 in total but I don’t appreciate fighting me over the phone over what I should have paid was which was 250$ atleast

I’ll be honest, I work a lot to provide for my family and I want someone works just as hard and takes pride in their work and this man does. This company had it all, at first I didn’t accept the bid because it wasn’t the lowest but, people missed there appointment & didn’t even call to follow up. This company responded and kept to their word. And Workman ship was great. I also asked for somthing else while he was at my property and he showed me it was a simple fix and refused to take payment for it, he said it was never broken. Just worn out. He was honest person and will definitely be using him again and referral to family.

Had Epic Electric Shop out for a job we lost power and part of our downs Stairs area And he explained it was just the GFI in the garage was needed to be reset he did not even charge us we were looking to get other things done so now he will be doing all of our work for us and just finished up are EV charger for me as well Thank you again Danny

I called Epic Electric and spoke to Danny about some electrical work I needed done around the house. He was great! He explained to me in detail what needed to be done and why. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Danny showed up when he said he would, not a minute late, which I appreciated very much! Once he finished redoing multiple rooms in my house, Danny had his crew clean up all the mess that came from the construction. My house looks amazing now. Thanks Epic Electric!

Had an emergency all my electrical went out Call several electricians and no luck call epic electric they pick up and we’re out here within 15 min and found problem and got are power back on highly recommend them to any one
