Paul and Christian were great. The arrival time was a two hour window. They showed up during the first half of it and were done in less than an hour. I had a 4 piece sectional and an ottoman that had been in storage for a few years and needed a refresh. It had no stains and was in newish condition. I got a cleaning and scotch guard service. I’m sensitive to smell, and although the fragrance of the products was nice, it was also strong. Two days after the service, I had to vacuum the couch to reduce the fragrance. I gave 5 stars because the service was great.

If you’re thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, do it!! It completely brought my carpet back to life. I honestly can’t express how happy I am with the results. Shining Knight truly showed up and showed out, their customer service was wonderful, they were respectful of my home, and the entire experience was amazing. I’m officially a forever customer!

We had an old dog living in a carpeted house who couldn’t control his bladder. No matter what we did, there were pee stains on the carpet. Shining Knight got all of them out! I didn’t believe it was even possible. The old couch we have had for years looks brand new again. No more hiding stains with blankets and throw pillows. Shining Knight did more than I thought possible, and the service was on affordable, on time, and amazing. As messy as life is, I know I can count on Shining Knight to help clean it up.
