Jake was great!!! First, he responded to my quote request very quickly and cleaned my carpets within a couple days of first talking to him. He did not try to "up-sale" me services. I liked his honesty and quick response time. I will be using his services again in the future.

When I started looking for a company to clean my carpet I was a little hesitant at first. Jacob took the time to respond to my questions in an extremely prompt manner. He wasn't the cheepest quote that I had received but folks let me tell u he's worth every dollar. My carpets weren't that dirty but when he was done with them I felt they looked better than they did when they went in. Stop your search and hire Jacob now!!

Jacob was very punctuate, professional, efficient and most of all my carpets never looked so good! We have used many carpet cleaners over the years and have not been completely satisfied until Josh! We have scheduled regular cleanings Josh!

Jake showed up on time and immediately went to work on my carpets. He was the consumate professional and was very efficient. I originally quote him 5 rooms in need of cleaning, but my count was waaay off. It ended up being 10 rooms total he only charged a small fee for my inability to count. He was able to remove stains that have beem there for years and made the carpet look new. I would suggest his services to my family and friends. His prices are amazing and his work on point!! Hire this man!

Everything was great. Better than expected. On top of everything, (I have a developmentally disabled sibling who had a stroke recently so sometimes she has mood swings and trouble getting around... long story short, she called him an idiot for no reason) anyway, this professional handled the situation in a mature, friendly and understanding manner. Seems to be the type that is good around young children, etc. Very polite and respectful. This type of personality really matters to me because I hate feeling pushed or hassled. The cleaning job was excellent. My husband loves the finished job. Went above and beyond for the job.
Plus any person patient enough to converse with and calmly engage with someone calling him an idiot (not on purpose, but he didn't know) deserves business. I was blown away at how he handled the situation. (My sister was friendly with him at the end and apologized)
So any parents with kids that have special needs, hire this guy. He is very good with special needs.
