FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of pest, the level of activity, the size of the property, and whether the customer wants a one-time service or ongoing maintenance. I do my best to keep pricing straightforward and fair, with no pressure and no unnecessary add-ons. If I offer a discount or special, I’ll explain what is included so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s concerns and asking questions about what they are seeing. From there, I inspect the property, identify the pest issue, and explain the best treatment options in a straightforward way. Once the service is completed, I let the customer know what was done, what to expect, and whether any follow-up is recommended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of hands-on pest control experience and hold my Branch 2 and Branch 3 Operator licenses. Those licenses are broader than the basic licensing someone receives when first starting in pest control, and they cover both general pest control and termite work. Over the years, I’ve worked as a technician, trained other technicians, helped office staff understand pest control services, and managed pest control operations.
