- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can customize a package that fits your needs and your budget. I realize planning a Wedding can be very costly and I completely understand having a modest budget allotted for each aspect of your Wedding. As a small business I try to keep my overhead as minimal as possible in order to be as affordable as I can be to all my Brides. I do have an event order minimum of $1,500.00 in order to accommodate the staff needed to help set up and deliver on your Wedding day. If your quote should not meet our minimum requirements to accommodate a delivery and set up. I am happy to offer Pick Up as an option the morning of your Wedding. I will have all your items securely package to insure a safe delivery. I am happy to provide the necessary supplies needed to attach or hang any flowers such as an arch piece as well as explain how you will secure them at no extra costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At my office we will meet over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. We will discuss all the details that play a big part of creating your special day. Please bring or have access to any inspirational photos you may have. We will thoroughly go over your desired design style & colors to choose your favorite flowers that are available and in season according to your Event date. The next step we will build a custom package with your desired florals and amount of coverage. At that time you have the choice to continue to move forward with us as your Florist and secure our services for your date. If you do choose to secure our services, half of your total quote is required as your retainer. Any remaining balance you may have will be due 60 days prior to your Event date. Cash & Check are accepted as well as all major Credit Cards with a minimal 5% processing fee. *Please expect your consultation to take 30-60 minutes*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years of hands on experience as a Professional Floral Designer. Aside from being my own boss I have worked in dozens of high volume and very fast paced store front locations over the years. I have had the privilege of working along side some extremely talented Designers along the way. I would describe myself as a flexible designer, I am able to design any style. Most florist I have met choose not to design outside of their comfort zones and they will select only clients that share their love for the same style. I enjoy being pushed out of my box creatively and I love all the different looks.
