My experience with Jordan Box, he is quick to respond, honest, gives realistic estimates based on work to be preformed, knowledgable, professional, and resourcesful. Based on our initial conversation about my project I decided to hire Jordan because it is apparent that he takes great pride in his work and will treat your project as if he was building it at his own home. I am happy I hired Jordan to do my bathroom remodel and looking forward to the next project with him as soon as this project is complete.

We first met with Jordan when we were planning to level some land and build a tiny home. From Day 1 he was insanely helpful with our plans and helping managing our expectations for the project. We didn't end up doing that project, and instead, purchased a home where we asked Jordan to help us remodel our bathrooms.
He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even outside of the bathrooms. He is a great advisor in making sure that all aspects of our inspection report were addressed properly and with the correct professionals.
We are getting ready to start the actual construction of our bathrooms and we couldn't feel more confident having Jordan handle this. Will post photos once it is complete.

Jordan as a person was very nice. His inital follow up was prompt and he spoke very highly of his attention to detail. As a first time homeowner, I know little about construction and heavily rely on the expert knowledge of others to assist with our remodel. We hired Jordan after meeting three other contractors based solely on our interaction with him. When we originally had Jordan out to our house it was for a flooring quote only. Jordan explained he also preformed landscaping work on the side so we added that to our list.
Jordan did an amazing job installing the floors! The entire dynamic of the house changed because of the floors. I was very disappointed in a few other areas which is the reason for 4 stars. We do not currently live in the house although we do have a few items in place for weekend visits.
Towards the end of the job Jordan said that they were mostly finished so I had gone to check out the progress. The tile work in both bathrooms is crooked. The master bath is very noticeable. In addition, my bedding was covered in dust and they had smeared grout into the carpet in my bedroom. There was also sloppy grouting and caulking done in several areas of my home. To add insult to injury his crew decided it was ok to help themselves to my kids popcicles - this actually upset me just asuch as the tile floor.
Giving credit where it is due: Jordan and Tim did have my carpets cleaned, my bedding dry cleaned and I was given the option to have them rip up the bathroom floor or receive a discount from my final bill. Jordan did offer to replace the missing popcicles as well although that never did happen.
The landscape looks nice as well but we asked to keep the remaining turf and that also didn't happen. I asked jordan about it and he said what was salvageable was in our shed - it wasnt.
Again, I was very happy with the floors but the other items make it hard to say if I would rehire for additional projects. Nice guy but I didn't feel like our home was cared for in the way he said it would be.
If you do decide to hire Jordan my recommendations would be:
1. Get a detailed breakdown of the work
2. Notate about the use of your personal items (they completely filled up both our garbage cans)
3. Inspect. Inspect. Inspect. Check every corner.

Jordan went above and beyond our expectations. We had the inside of our house painted, new electrical plugs and outlets, new baseboards, and wood tile installed. We had many problems arise in our house with our concrete slab. He went out of his way for us to get it leveled and fixed right. Therefore, my tile floor turned out leveled, perfect, and not bumpy. He is a man of his word which is hard to find these days. I will hire him again. Thank you to Jordan and all his employees. We love our new home!

This has been a great experience so far. I went with J Box as they had the lowest bid, committed to my time constraints, and Jordan easily understood and interpreted my vision for a demo/remodel of my old patio into a new dog-friendly environment. He is great to talk with and easily communicates his ideas. I'm looking forward to the upcoming work and will post an update once the job is complete.
