From day one we received great customer service. Our project manager Ed was upfront with pricing. We never had any hidden fees or up charges. Jordan, the owner was very personable. He ensure we received white glove service every step of the way. He even came by the house to ensure we were receiving quality work. Christian and Dustin worked on our kitchen and I am very please they did. They are truly the A team. The vast experience showed in their level of craftsmanship. I was very pleased with our customcabinets and our countertops. The little details really added personality to our kitchen. We couldn't be any happier at how smooth this process was. I would recommend B.I.G. to anyone looking for great customer service and high quality craftsmanship.

I had a great experience with Boyes and Son adding a bedroom to my house on short notice. Work started Monday and completed Friday. The crew was here at 8am sharp everyday, worked all day, and then cleaned up the site every night before leaving. They were very respectful and informed me on the plan for the day every morning, and updated the progress every night.

Jordan and Corey are an amazing team - reliable, dependable, and they certainly rise to the occasion no matter what the problem/situation might be. In my case it was a moldy subfloor, rats living in the attic, and my two cats trapped in the attic! After only three weeks, my total bathroom remodel looks gorgeous!!!

Jordan went above and beyond our expectations. We had the inside of our house painted, new electrical plugs and outlets, new baseboards, and wood tile installed. We had many problems arise in our house with our concrete slab. He went out of his way for us to get it leveled and fixed right. Therefore, my tile floor turned out leveled, perfect, and not bumpy. He is a man of his word which is hard to find these days. I will hire him again. Thank you to Jordan and all his employees. We love our new home!
