We had a little bit of a different situation that we needed to get a Permit on our patio cover and other contractors didn’t want to take it on. But Martin and Marlene put in the work with plans and measurements and got the process started. Then after the first inspection, there was a couple of small items that needed to be done and they took care of that. We were then approved on our Permit. Very grateful to them for helping us out. Quality work. They also put a gazebo together for us and bolted it to the cement. We’re very happy with the work they did for us.

Pacifica builders finished the work promptly and very well. We added a bathroom and a sun room. They were easy to work with and finished everything on time.
