Before establishing Pacifica Builders, our leadership spent over 15 years running a professional home inspection business. That background gives us a unique advantage: we look at every remodeling project through the critical eye of an inspector, ensuring every structure is built safely, correctly, and to code. Additionally, our foundational craftsmanship was honed through 5+ years of service in the Local 1506 Carpenter Union. Union training demands precision, superior workmanship, and strict safety practices.
