I was specific in my request for service once a month and regardless, I received the following response: "I was under the impression this was an every week maintenance request and the size of the lot was undetermined. I charge a minimum of $30 to show up ( Mow & Edge ) I’m sorry but I would not be able to properly maintain a well-groomed account given once a month mow and edge. Please keep me in mind if you decide you’d like more frequent upkeep." I clearly stated that I was looking for monthly service, not weekly service. Plus the quote that was provided of $180 was more than double than what all of the other quotes were, even if I had wanted weekly service. Seemed like this particular company is solely interested in money. Provided 3 stars instead of two because I did not want to leave a completely negative review since I didn't even get the opportunity to see this company's actual work.
