McMinn Construction Inc. is a professional construction company established in 2013 in Riverside, CA. We are licensed by the State of California via Contractor State License Board #993124.
Specializing in custom BBQs, backyard renovations, new construction, hardscaping, concrete, retaining walls, foundations, stamped and colored concrete, fire pits, and so much more.
Each project we take upon is carefully planned, mapped, set with a timeline and milestones before we commence any work. Our professional workers are meticulous, methodical, punctual and friendly. Our service areas include All South Bay and Riverside local areas.

McMinn Construction did a foundation for 428 23rd St LLC on our project in Manhattan Beach for a brand new two unit condo. He was diligent and worked through the holidays in December to complete our foundation, as we were behind schedule due to shoring. Thank you Joe! You got it done!!!

The new "family room" addition was a very intimidating project for us. We did not know where to begin. We interviewed several companies and Joe by far won us over. The main reason we decided to go with McMinn Construction Inc. was because of Joe McMinn. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and flexible with us. He walked us through the entire project making us feel at ease and confident the job will get done right. He took care of everything for us. We are happy with our new family room. Thanks Joe!

We are so pleased with our new patio and driveway. We had the pleasure of meeting Joe, he is extremely professional and experienced. My husband and I were looking to renovate our back patio area, and our driveway needed to be redone as well. We were kinda lost on what exactly we should do and Joe really helped us accomplish it with his great suggestions and expertise. It turned out beautiful and we enjoy drinking our coffee on our new patio area. Thank you Joe! Keep up the GREAT work!

Joe with McMinn Construction Inc did a wonderful job on our backyard patio. We purchased a home last year and was not sure what we wanted to do with the yard. When we contacted Joe he set up an appointment immediately and brought samples of different concrete colors and went over some great ideas. He was very prompt, kept to schedule, affordable, and amazing quality work! His communication with me was on point. We love our patio and are enjoying it this summer!
