- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee of $10 per serving. Delivery is extra and based on location. My tasting boxes are $100 and you get 8 cake jars in a box.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive inquiries, I will give a quote based on needs. For weddings I have a small questionnaire for clients to fill out so I can get to know what they are looking for in their cake design. All designs are custom based on colors, flowers etc. I also will recommend a tasting so they can try my cakes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of industry experience, culinary school graduate and I owned my own brick & mortar in the Bay Area.
