Buying a house is like being on a roller coaster. So many detailed things come up that can go wrong. Theresa was with us every step of the way and always looking to do what's best for us. She has the most energy and most positive attitude of any real estate agent I've ever worked with. Would definitely recommend her!

Selling a home is a complicated matter and it can be quite frustrating when things don't go as planned. There are always unexpected bumps and matters that need to be handled delicately on all sides. For most people, selling a home is something that happens maybe two or three times in a lifetime. This was the third home I have sold in my life. The first one sold in 12 days in a blazing hot 2005 market. The second one sat for six excruciating months in an ice cold 2008 market before it finally sold. You can't always predict how the market will be at the precise time you decide to list your house. Having a Realtor who is experienced and familiar with your area is key to getting an accurate market analysis and setting the right listing price. I chose Theresa Hersey as my Realtor because she was someone known to me as having exceptional drive and focus in everything she does. It was an easy decision for me for this reason, but even so - she exceeded all expectations. Theresa didn't just act as my Realtor, she coordinated every aspect of the sale - acting as everything from General Contractor to Counselor. She showed great skill and diversity in marketing my home. Theresa will make your listing or quest for a home into her personal mission. She didn't just sell my home - she *sold* my house. When it didn't sell in the first couple of weeks and an open house or two, she just switched gears and doubled down on Internet outreach. I wasn't worried, having lived through a six month listing, but Theresa basically reached over into Orange County and pulled a cash buyer out of thin air. The next thing I knew, we were in a short escrow and the rest is history. I got top dollar for my property and we even sold higher than the new listings who under-cut us after we hit the market. I'm not easily impressed, but hard work always impresses anyone. In my case, there was a complex Title matter because I had a Solar lease. Theresa and her team worked closely with escrow to facilitate all the various steps needed to close out the Title lien, clear the Hero loan and transfer full ownership of the Solar panels to the Buyers. It still closed in like three weeks. Wow. If you think you're going to sell your home without a Realtor, well, good luck. It's like being your own attorney. Even attorneys don't do that. Speaking of which, remember that Realtors are, in a way, like Lawyers: there are many of them out there and they are far from being all equal. Having the right one when you need her can make all the difference!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only get paid at the Closing I get no upfront fees I do not send quotes you owe me nothing until the Seller pays me at Close of Escrow. Sellers only when your home Closes I get paid. For leases I only get paid by Property Management or Owner of Rental. No charges to you my customer I am only by Commission only
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I only ask for one day to show you how I work for only your best interests and your family. As Buyers I ask for you to go View properties with me with your "Pre-Approval Letter so you can put offers in if you decide. You as Buyers have all the power in decision making. You as my Sellers I make a website for your home and come to meet you with my "Listing Presentation" showing you how I will Market your home with all my resources available to get your Home Sold as quickly as possible.

For many years on the job training daily working with the best Buyers & Sellers to Close their deals.
