FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a first-generation immigrant, I’ve always believed in working hard and building a better life for my children. With a background in art, strong hands-on skills, and a strong work ethic, remodeling came naturally to me. It allows me to combine craftsmanship, creativity, and practical skills, and it’s a profession I genuinely love.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A master bathroom remodel in Menifee. We combined the original shower and bathtub area into one large, spacious walk-in shower. Every detail was completed with great precision and craftsmanship. The entire project took ten working days, and the client was extremely impressed and very happy with the final result.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should first be clear about what matters most to them: speed, price, or craftsmanship and aesthetics. At the same time, they should evaluate what the person they are hiring is best at. Some contractors compete mainly on price, some on speed, and others on quality, precision, and attention to detail. You can’t simply say, “Of course I want it fast, cheap, and high-quality.” In real-world construction, those priorities often involve trade-offs, and an answer that vague won’t help you choose the right person or get the result you truly want. When the customer’s priorities match the contractor’s strengths, the project usually goes much more smoothly and everyone is happier with the result.
