FUSE HVAC was able to schedule my diagnostic appointment the same day. They arrived on time and notified me ahead of time that they would soon arrive. They thoroughly inspected the appliance and located the problem. Unfortunately the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available but they super helpful in identifying that and letting me know. Value was exceptional with a very reasonable diagnostic appointment fee. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The office personnel (Tina) was extremely helpful, conscientious and caring about our troubles.
