My 35 yr old oven is running very hot. I made a diagnostic appointment. The technicians arrived on time. They were respectful of my property and were very professional in their diagnostic process.The issue was identified and they will let me know if the replacement part is available or if the current part can be repaired and what the cost will be.I'm very happy with the service I have received to date

The technician kindly explained to my husband and grandson that they shouldn't SLAM THE DRYER DOOR. It seems that gently treated appliances last longer...it was news to them.
