FUSE HVAC was able to schedule my diagnostic appointment the same day. They arrived on time and notified me ahead of time that they would soon arrive. They thoroughly inspected the appliance and located the problem. Unfortunately the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available but they super helpful in identifying that and letting me know. Value was exceptional with a very reasonable diagnostic appointment fee. I would hire them again without hesitation.

A guests of not-present owner, we wanted to make sure repairs could be done during our stay. Fuse contacted us about our problem, identified needed part, but let us know that part was no longer available...so we cancelled appt for repair visit...no charges at all, but free consultation! I would not hesitate to use them in the future

The office personnel (Tina) was extremely helpful, conscientious and caring about our troubles. Alex was a professional, knowledgeable and courteous technician.. we are extremely grateful and happy we called Fuse for our troubles.. the problem was diagnosed fixed rapidly. Fuse will be our “GoTo” appliance repair company.. All around 5 Star company.

Alex arrived early, worked hard to diagnose the problem with my washing machine. Ordered the parts promptly and will be back to complete the repair. I will call Fuse HVAC again for any repairs.

My Cozy wall heater had stopped working. I called Fuse HVAC and Appliance repair in the morning, and by that afternoon Matt was at my home to see about it. Within a very short time he had found the problem and fixed it. He was polite, explained and showed me the problem, and the cost for repair was minimal. I will definitely call Fuse the next time I need help. I give them highest marks!
