Introduction: I have been a private chef, caterer and culinary educator in the Napa Valley for over 15 years. My clients include private guests of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys, wineries, and public agencies throughout the North Bay. I have experience with a wide variety of events, from small dinners and gatherings, wine tasting events, large fund raisers and many types of cooking classes. Every event is personally designed with the guest, and their specific needs for their guests, and location. Menus are seasonal, local, and organic when possible, and dietary needs are always taken into consideration and met. I enjoy the process of creating an event, a meal, a class, with clients and tailoring it to their specific needs and wishes for their event. I take great care and pride in authenticity of flavors and techniques in my cuisine, which is local, seasonal, and delicious. I love to embrace the bounty of the foods available in Northern California and sharing that with my clients, either through a social or an educational event.
