I left multiple messages for this company/individual without any response via phone voicemail and through Thumbtack. I never received even one call back. Very disappointing service. The voicemail says "you have reached Brandy..." It's not even linked to a business phone or anything; which just adds to the confusion. May just be a popup facebook company and I don't have facebook so therefore messaging via facebook was not an option for me.
