I am going to be completely transparent with this review. Let's start with the positives. Thumbtack had an issue, where Jose was recommended to me even though I was not in his area. He still showed up to do the work for a reasonably adjusted price, and he showed up early for the job. The work they did was terrific, my previous tenant left my bathroom and bedroom in a horrendous state. The toilet, which I already planned update, looked brand new. I cannot state how well they cleaned the areas I wanted.
Now on to some of the problems I had, I called Jose over three times and didn't get a callback. I only got a response through Thumbtack, the day before at 5:42 PM. I realize the booking was last minute, and Thumbtack recommended him even though they shouldn't have, but the responsiveness could have been better. I talked about them being early, but they were overly punctual. They arrived 2 hours early, and they didn't even give me a call. I live an hour away from my property and left work ahead of what I planned for that day.
My house is spotless, and they did their job impeccably. The issues before the cleaning, while a bit of an annoyance, didn't affect the cleaning from happening. I would use them again if they would service my area; I would hope for more responsiveness in the future.

Jose and Virginia are quite dynamic duo. Work tirelessly to get the results you desire. The kitchen and bathrooms look amazing, those alone would have taken me an entire day, and I would have been lamenting the entire time. The hood vent is now totally degreased. 💪😃🤗
