- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Materials and consumables are all added into my pricing. Consumables is things I use to complete the project like gas, welding rods, grinding wheels, blades, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer Service first. I ask all the right questions to make sure my customers needs are being met. If they’re happy, then that makes me happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to trade school and became a Journeyman welder/fitter. I’ve also been a Structural Foreman for a few years.
