I had a pretty quick job that I wanted to get done. I submitted my request through thumbtack and began receiving calls from A & V. I work somewhere I do not receive cell phone signal and Antonio continued to bombard my phone. When I finally had phone signal he said he could fit me in the same day. When I asked for a quote for a one hour or less job they quoted me something completely unreasonable. When I politely declined Antonio’s offer he began to assume that I didn’t have money and that I shouldn’t be using Thumbtack. Antonio was very unprofessional during my service call and I did not appreciate that he assumed that I was broke or did not have money. I was extremely polite about declining his offer and he returned with rudeness.
