- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the need of the client. ** All packages included: Initial phone consultation via phone or video conference. Follow-up In Person Meeting two weeks prior to event to go over all the little details so on the day of you do not have to worry about a thing, except enjoying your day of course. With all my packages, I am fully available via phone, text, or email to help in the planning and coordinating process. **** Additional Services include but are not limited to: Additional In-Person Planning Meetings, Multiple Venues, Rehearsal Coordination, Month-Of Coordination, Full Planning & Coordination, more than 200 guests
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
------------INITIAL INQUIRY----------- Talk over the phone or video conference, to meet and discuss the overall event to gain a better understanding of the needs of the client and how I can best be of assistance to ensuring the vision is brought to life. ------------UPON BOOKING----------- Recommend of vendors for the client to consider and contact. Act as a "sounding board" for advice and guidance throughout the planning process, fully available via phone, text and email. --------TWO WEEKS PRIOR--------- Meet with client to present timeline. Go over any arrangements made with vendors, and update timeline accordingly ----ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT---- Confirm final details with vendors prior to event. Make sure that all vendors have Amazing Weddings & Events Contact Information. Send vendors directions to the ceremony and reception locations and confirm arrival times.
