Fernando is probably one of the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Overall project size was around $5000 for extensive replacement of rotten eave plywood, replacement of tile roof bird guard and gutter guards, drip edge, really just a big overhaul of my roof lines to protect the house from damage during heavy weather. As someone who is pretty handy (for instance, I do all my own plumbing/electrical), I will say that gutter work is particularly tricky. It requires a lot of attention to detail and there are a lot of ways that a lazy contractor might be tempted to cut corners. That's where Fernando really impressed me. As with any large job, there are always speed bumps and unexpected issues. But Fernando never moaned or complained, and didn't make any excuses - he just does the right thing, always, with a smile on his face until the job is 100% finished and done right, at a more than fair price.
I would 100% hire Fernando again.

Hired these guys to repair several broken and cracked roof tiles, sealed gaps and cleaned rain gutters. Their quote was competitive and emailed photos of the roof tiles that needed to be replaced. They showed up on time and were very thorough in repairing our roof and cleaning our gutters. They were professional and easy to work with.

I have hired Fernando to repair a roof leak in the vent pipe boot area. He quickly identified the problem and added a patch and also applied paint over the patch that matched the color of my roof/pipes. So far so good and no leaks after few days of rain and the quality of the patch looks excellent. Will continue monitoring during heavier rains though.
