Derek and Matthew have an amazing carpet cleaning company! I couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning company. The work was thorough and efficiently done. Derek worked diligently to remove carpet stains. Definitely impressed with his work and work ethics. Derek was very friendly, professional, respectful of the property, and took great pride in his family’s business. I was able to get a same day appointment by chance. Pricing was on the higher side compared to other Thumbtack professionals but not the highest pricing either. Carpet seemed clean but many rooms did end up having carpet/debris/hair clumps along the base boards that I had to vacuum up after. I don't recall having to deal with that with our carpet cleaners in the past. It wasn't a big deal so I still gave 5 stars but was a little surprised it was left nonetheless.

Started after high school with my dad and saw how much of a customer-service based job this is and looked at that as an opportunity to be a servant in my community.
