- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a minimum onsite fee which includes the first hour of service. Extra hours are billed at a reduced rate. We may not be the cheapest rate on Thumbtack but you will get your problem resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide onsite service, if the customer is looking for ongoing support, we would start with an evaluation of their current IT environment and provide solutions to meet their IT goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ tech certified and have service authorizations for HP, IBM, Compaq, Okidata, and Epson products. Novell and Microsoft network certifications.
