This is an honorable company. I would definitely ask them to come into my home again.I read referred to the company by Restoration Hardware.We purchased a leather Cloud Sofa but the color was not right.Alex took our sofa from a grey that was not right, to a perfect deep graphite. We love it, and he stands behind his work. Honorable.

This is almost a miracle! My two young cats had ripped my leather dining room chairs badly. Alex was able to restore them to an almost new condition in just a few hours. I love the chairs and they were no longer available so this made it extra special. Definitely call this company.

Alex and the work he does with Fibrenew on leather restoration and reconditioning is amazing. I have a very expensive leather sofa set I bought 6 years ago that endured years of play (and abuse) with my last dog - a very large lab - and current puppy, and decided to recondition the leather due to scratches and color fading due to sunlight exposure.Alex spent two days working on the sofa and it's as good as good new. When I lived in the Bay Area, I used Fibrenew on a previous sofa set and had the same experience. Their work is magic and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to restore or recondition expensive leather/upholstery.Last and most important, Alex is a good guy... very responsive and easy to communicate with and puts in extra effort to make sure his work meets expectations.
