Never having used this app before I didn’t know what to expect. Two very kind and professional gentleman showed up, did exactly what I asked very quickly, and by the end of the weekend, I had a completely new kitchen. I’m stunned, it’s beautiful, their work is really really quality. I will definitely be using them again.

TLDR: CH Handy was fantastic. I would 100% hire them again.

I recently hired CH Handy to do a job for me. I purchased a used, high-tech workout machine locally and needed help with the move and installation. I sent the description of the job to various handymen in my area. CH Handy offered the combination of experience, high ratings, responsiveness, and value that I was looking for. They quoted me $360 for this job when others quoted me >$500. I had done this exact job before myself with a friend so I knew the job was relatively simple. I just did not want to go through the physical strain again :)

The day of, Alex and Dimitri from CH Handy met me at the seller's location. They were a few minutes late but it was no big deal. The job ended up being easier than expected because the seller had already dismounted the workout machine from the wall. Alex and Dimitri wrapped the machine in a moving blanket, shrink wrap, and cardboard material and transported it safely to their vehicle. They met me back at my home and executed the re-installation accurately and efficiently. The job entails finding the location of the wall studs (which I had already done for them), drilling holes into the studs, installing a mounting bracket to the wall at a specific height from the floor and making sure it is level, and then mounting the 150-lb workout machine to this bracket mount. The entire job, including the drive, took around 1.5 hours. I did not provide an additional tip as the job ended up being easier and shorter than expected due to the seller dismounting the machine. But if this were not the case, I would 100% have tipped generously as I was completely satisfied with their work. They were efficient, polite, professional, and easy to work with.

I will for sure reach out again next time I have a project I need help with. Thank you!
