- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and honest. There are no hidden fees — I’ll always explain the cost before starting. For regular customers or bigger projects, I may offer a discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask questions to understand exactly what the customer needs. Then I either come for an in-person look or review photos. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the job and show up ready to work — with attention to quality and respect for the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my skills come from hands-on experience. I’ve worked with different tools and materials over the years, and I’ve learned a lot by solving real problems for real customers. Every job teaches me something new
