We found ourselves in a time crunch, where we were moving out of our house and into a new one, with an incoming renter moving in sooner than anticipated. Lucy's was quick to reply, communicated clearly, accommodated our needs, and did excellent work. George responded right away, which was great because Lucy’s was on the top of my list. He suggested we speak on the phone to discuss the details for a more accurate quote. We needed a move-out/ move-in cleaning before we took possession of our new place, but most services were 2-3 days out & time was of the essence. He was able to move a few things around and get to us same day! They did a great job, including base boards, ceiling fans, oven & exhaust hood, and interior windows. The toilets I thought might need replacing due to the heavy hard water stains now sparkle. Great communication, prompt, attentive & accommodating. Highly recommended.

Sigh...I really want to rate them poorly only because I like them so much I don't want them to get too busy for me! We've got two dogs and one is a major shedder...like he sneezes and you have hair everywhere so I knew that our home would be a very labor intensive job....they worked so unbelievably hard to get every little bit of fur out, it was insane. They took off a couple years worth of shower buildup and got my stove and fridge sparkling...insane. Seriously. Getting your house cleaned in my family has always kind of been a luxury, but I will say...after the job they've done? it's one that's just definitely worth it. They did a much better job than I could do and I think they're worth every bit we paid. George and Isabella (plus the two other wonderful ladies who assisted) were absolutely fantastic. They really took great care of our stuff and even wiped down all my little knick knacks. They even vacuumed the living room a couple times because more fur would settle.... tl;dr: We will definitely use them again in the future.

They did an awesome job. Got all the nooks and crannies that sometimes other house cleaners forget to hit. They also accommodated me during a last minute booking. Came that very day and rearranged their schedule around because we were on a time crunch. I appreciate that very much. Very competitive pricing! I also like that George is text, email savy and speaks well enough English for me to give instructions to. That is a plus for me because this cleaning is a vacation rental cleaning and I cannot always be there to supervise.
