- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every project is different, so we evaluate the scope before providing a detailed estimate. Whether it's a sprinkler repair, landscape installation, concrete work, or complete outdoor renovation, we explain the costs and available options before work begins. Our focus is quality workmanship, fair pricing, and long-term value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your project, budget, and goals. For most jobs, we schedule a site visit to evaluate existing conditions and discuss options. We then provide a written estimate outlining the scope, materials, and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and construction while keeping you informed throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring years of hands-on experience in landscape construction, irrigation systems, hardscape, and residential development. I'm a California C-27 licensed landscape contractor (#1007076), with experience managing complex residential projects, coordinating specialized trades, reviewing construction plans, and overseeing work from planning through completion.
