- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time starts at your door. We have a 4 hour minimum $365.00. 2-movers and 1-26ft moving truck $85.00/hr cash $90.00/hr debit-credit. 3-movers and 1-26ft moving truck $120.00/hr cash $126.00/hr debit-credit. 4-movers and 1-26ft moving truck $155.00/hr cash $162.50/hr debit-cerdit. 5-movers and 1-26ft moving truck $190.00/hr cash $199.50/hr debit-credit. 4-movers and 2-26ft moving trucks $170.00/hr cash $178.50/hr debit-credit. INCLUDED in your move 2, 3, 4 or 5 movers, 1 or 2-26ft moving trucks 80 to 160 moving blankets, moving rubber bands, appliance dollies, box dollies, four-wheel dollies, floor runners for floor protection, speed packs, drill set, tool set, carb ramp and 10 to 20 wardrobe boxes. ALSO INCLUDED in your move disassembly and reassembly services. We will disassemble and reassemble all types of appliances and furniture as well as take down TV and TV mounts. We do offer complete packing services, packing, unpacking and packing materials are available at customer's request Start to finish, add the drive time and the fuel charge, that's it! There are no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer or the custtomer contact us through phone call text messaging or email. Customer provides us with first name last name email address and phone number. The address they are moving from. The address they are moving to. Customer informs us of the time and date they would like to move. What's floors or levels they are moving from and to unit numbers or apartment numbers if it applies. Customer informs us of how many bedrooms and the square footage they are moving out of and into. We do an itemized list with customer of all household furnishings. We ask customer if there's any special instructions or anything unusual. (hoisting ,long carry, parking situation) at either location. Once the job is signed up we send out a confirmation email, calendar invite and information booklet as an attachment.

I have been working in the moving industry since 1991. We only hire experienced Movers I have experience as a mover helper, mover driver, moving estimator, moving dispatcher, moving manager, Owner. I have moved over 52,000 customers since 1997
