Introduction: My name is Kevin, and I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve & maintain their health and fitness goals through customized workouts and meal plans. I am a former collegiate athlete, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and an Associate of Science degree as a physical therapist assistant. If you want to lose weight/body fat, gain muscle/strength, rehab an injury, or just improve your overall health, I am the trainer for you. I train at a private facility in Newport Beach near Hoag Hospital (no membership fees)

Kevin is a very knowledgable personal trainer and was always coming up with challenging new exercises and circuits. He could adjust on the fly to accommodate my injuries and weaknesses—not something that all PTs can do well. Few people could make 5am workouts something to look forward to and actually fun, but Kevin succeeded in this. My biggest concern when I moved away from Orange County was finding a new routine. Luckily, after two years training with Kevin I had a solid repertoire of exercises under my belt and a great foundation to build on. Anyone would be lucky to work with him.
