Working with Milanna has been one of the best investments I've made in myself. Before starting, I felt like I was constantly starting over. I'd be motivated for a week or two, then fall off whenever work got busy, I had social plans, or life got stressful. I knew what I should be doing, but I struggled with consistency and accountability. many trainers out there but none have been worth my money and time like Milanna!! I have an injury & little motivation to go to the gym on my own and Milanna has made the gym something i look forward to!! 10/10
