Peggy was fantastic all around! She was essential to our first home purchase, all during the heat of the Pandemic market. For reference we closed on our Placentia home in October of 2021. Peggy was always responsive, went to bat for us, and was never afraid to negotiate. We parted ways with two realtors before Peggy and a close colleague referred her to us. Best decision ever. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 1% total all inclusive listing fee for my sellers and give my buyers a 50 percent tax free rebate from my buyers commission. I also do mortgage loans and can give you the lowest rates and best terms.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first build a great level of trust between us. I make sure that you are well taken care of by going the extra distance. You will be in the best of hands either way me
