- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realtor commissions are always negotiable. My standard rate is 6-10% depending on the selling methodology used (i.e. auction, tender, or traditional).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do when working with a potential new client is a consultation. At this time, we discuss your goals and objectives so I can understand how to best customize the service I provide to you. During this consultation, I will thoroughly explain my services and the various selling methodologies. After we have made the decision to work together, I get straight to work to get your home sold fast.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors or Arts in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Banking. I have held two real estate licenses - one in California and one in Texas (currently inactive).
