Adel provided impeccable, outstanding, and timely service. He was well informed and very knowledgeable in our internet connectivity issue. He gladly answered all my questions and provided thorough explanation as to what and how he was going to resolve our issues. He gave several options and allowed me to make the right option for us. I have been struggling to fix network issues at our home/office. As a result, our work capability had been hindered. Calling Universal IT Services and Adel fixed all that. If you have any connectivity network service issues and/or installation, don’t look any further. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn about the customer's needs and current network setup that they have. A proper plan would be put in place and then we could discuss with the customer about all the options to handle his request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has Cisco Certified Network Professional Certificates and Cisco Certified Network Associate certificates as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As full time engineers we decided to work together on providing more and more services to customers who are in need of our expertise at affordable rates.
