Our fees are: $500 for onsite field data gathering and consultation (paid on site) $500 per beam calculation for 1 Story Houses or $1000 per beam for 2 Story Houses $200 per hand drawn sketch for a contractor to install – Minimum of 4 Sketches Required per project. Typically 4 sketches per beam. Sketches and Calculations above include posts and foundations. If a building department permit is requested, we need to do AutoCAD drawings and a full drawing package.
