Listening to the customers needs and understanding what concerns them most regarding their problem or pool needs. I try to learn from the customer about how I can improve from the bad experiences they share with me regarding other pool guys and companies. I try to be flexible to adhere to the customers requests.

2 years of property management, 10 yrs. of landscaping, irrigation and tree trimming. 16yrs of pool service and maintenance.
